Choosing a contractor for a very large remodel of your home is a big decision and a stressful one! When Wes came to our home, we instantly felt comfortable. He showed us pictures of what he was working on, he discussed his relationship with his subcontractors and how he mentored them as business owners, and helped us think big on what we could accomplish. It took us several years to decide to go for it and be in a position to pay for it, but he did not push us. When we called and said we were ready he jumped on it. The architect Zach Rubin was fantastic and brought cool solutions on how to solve our front door and covered porch and garage funky corner as well as popping out the back for a new deck. Our screened porch was designed and implemented by Wes Wiggins and the GHIR company. Wes, Lindsay, and Jerry, project leader, (the most calm, pleasant person on the Earth), when faced with deadlines or questions were immediately responsive. This was not an easy project, that said, each crew team from framing to painting, and the like, are experts in their roles. GHIR takes pride in the build quality from beginning to end while always keeping the customer/homeowner's best interest in mind. GHIR is awesome. I was first of all blown away by the design of my kitchen Jan is so creative and pays amazing attention to detail. The design was gorgeous on paper but nothing like the final product. They definitely delivered my dream kitchen. Wes , Lindsey and Corey were also awesome to work with. Always kept me updated on schedule and informed of what was happening each day. There attention to detail is superior. Jan was attentive to make sure cabinets, backsplash etc were installed correctly. He also advised me on making great room and dining room flow with my kitchen. I highly recommend GHIR for any renovations or construction needs. They are superb and will make sure everything is done correctly. Thanks GHIR FOR MY DREAM KITCHEN. I’m in love.

We had GHIR reconfigure our master bath, closet and laundry room. Wes, Lindsay and Zach Rubin (architect) helped us design a beautiful and very functional master suite and laundry room that substantially improved the liveability. Jerry (Project Manager) and the GHIR construction team did an excellent job moving walls, plumbing and electrical and rebuilding the rooms. We are very pleased with this renovation.

Choosing GHIR for any project you have is a decision you will not regret! We had multiple contractors come out to quote us on making our bonus room above the garage a true master bedroom and bathroom but none of them compared to this company. From the first meeting you’ll see the difference in how they present themselves than other contractors and they are quick to start on a job rather than waiting months on end like you will with other contractors. The way they plan and execute the project from start to end is what my husband and I can only describe as something you’d see on HGTV. Wes, Lindsay, Jan and Corey came out together after we hired GHIR for our project and they gave us a very clear cut plan that we were all on the same page about which made us feel very confident in the project
