Gianelli's Appliance Repair & Installation

Our Heating unit started to make loud noises Sunday night. We called Tim on Monday and he came out the same day. He found the problem, discussed our options and prices, then came the next day to install the broken part. Professional, kind, integrity, and great quality of work. Gianelli’s will be my go to place for repairs and I will also check their appliances when needed. They earned my trust!!!

This is not an honest business and will over charge you. I needed a new igniter for my oven. i was charged $65.00 for the labor, and an unexpected $75.00 for the diagnostics. ( $140). This charge was not disclosed to me until i got the bill. This did not include the part as I had it. Please check other local repair shops and save yourself $75,00 as they will put the diagnostic fee toward the repair. I know better for next time and do not recommend this business at all

Richard is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I had the pleasure of being able to chat with him for a bit and can most Highly recommend for Any appliance servicing that may be needed. Thank you Very much again!!

Our front loading LG washing machine decided to quit on us during the rainy season with two large dogs and lots of muddy paws! I called my usual repair guy, and he said it would be two weeks to get a part for it (based on a guess on what the problem was) and wouldn’t even come look at it until the part arrived. A friend recommended that we call Gianelli’s for repair. They arrived the next day, brought a variety of parts with them, and fixed it on the spot. And for some reason, it is running better than it did when it was brand new. The repair was not what my old repair guy thought it was….so had I waited the 2 weeks for him to show up….it would still be broken. Gianelli’s are the ones for us from now on. And when the time comes for a new appliance, we are going with these folks…they just

Oh, I love this place! I had spent over a month trying to get my washer fixed or replaced. It was a nightmare! A friend of mine told me to call Gianelli‘s. What a good decision that was. Richard came out and fixed my washer. I asked him to look at my dryer as well. He fixed both for less than I could’ve purchased a used washer. Fantastic service! On time! On time! Really wonderful. I am very appreciative.
