Gibson Fence and Deck

Many thanks to Gibson Fence and Deck for their quick response after a vehicle damaged our fence. Shortly after reaching out, Alex responded to set up a time for the repair. He extended an already long day to complete our repair, working into the dark. So glad to have chosen them to build our cedar fence and mahogany deck! Their workmanship is top notch, the crew is great to work with, and their customer care is outstanding.

We had an excellent experience with Gibson Fence and Deck from start to finish. They demolished our old second- and third-story decks and rebuilt a beautiful new one, and the quality of the work truly shows. Aaron was the lead on our project, and he was the perfect combination of personable, laid back, and professional. He made a large, potentially stressful project feel manageable and collaborative. He also went above and beyond by pointing out several issues outside the scope of our project — not in a pushy way, but so we were aware of potential concerns — and clearly explained our options for addressing them. Damon and team do fantastic work. The crew worked in tough rainy and wintery conditions to get our fence and deck completed before Christmas. Craftsman custom work all the way. They were great at adjusting to changes in the scope as the work went along, and communicated progress daily. Shout out to Jerry and Ramiro who became part of our family for the last three weeks. Would definitely call again for other projects.

Matt and his crew came in and handled the full rebuild. They demoed the old structure and rebuilt it properly from the framing up. The difference is night and day. The new deck feels sturdy, level, and beautifully finished. Even the stairs feel solid and secure. It honestly feels like we added value back to our home. Instead of avoiding the backyard, we’re out there all the time now. Really grateful for the quality work.

Gibson Fence and Deck did a great job rebuilding the 13 year old deck on my townhouse that had started to rot and crack in certain places. See the attached for the before (top) and after (bottom) photos. Damon is a great communicator, did a thorough walkthrough, and provided a prompt, reasonable, and accurate estimate. Amanda was always prompt with responses on the administrative side. Jericho and Ramiro completed the actual build which was efficient, clean, and modern with the picture frame outline.
