Listened carefully to all of the details of our project. Took the time to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Communication was easy and timeline was fulfilled. I recently had my kitchen fully remodeled by JD Remodeling and I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND this company!!!! A few things I really enjoyed: 1. TIMELY!!! - They finished the project well before it was promised 2. Communication - I was aware of what was happening every step of the way. 3. Quality - the level of work done and the attention to details was a huge plus. 4. Cleanliness - the workplace was clean and they were respectful of our space. 5. Pricing - worth every penny we spent on this project! From all the quotes I got they are very much worth the price.

Excellent work by JD Remodeling Construction on a major $100,000 remodel of my Seattle condo. Javier and his crew provided high quality work, including removing two non-load bearing walls, extending out the kitchen, extending out the bathrooms, putting in new kitchen and bathroom fixtures, putting in new flooring and painting all the walls. Also, they completed the project in a timely manner. This is the third project that my son and I have used JD Remodeling, and we have been very happy with the results each time.

JD modeling did a good job with our dry wall installation and Carlos was very responsive in all our communication. The final finishing and the final clean up could have been better. There were paint spots that we had to clean ourselves.

I have hired JD Remodeling for numerous jobs -kitchen remodel, deck build, fence reconstruction. They are amazing in terms of speed — one week turnaround at most. JD is also an ethical man. The insurance company engineer and plumbers missed a broken pipe. He discovered it, apologized and did the re-work — including replacing the broken pipe. It was not in the SOW. He is also extremely economical. The pictures attached are a sunshine basement converted into a master bedroom. I wanted to save some cash and paint it myself.
