Giddy-Up Heating and Air

I want to say thank you to Tim of Giddy-Up Heating and Air. He helped us get our upstairs heater going again. When I called for service, he was out of town but as soon as he got back, he came by and assessed the issue. He found the problem and researched the part we needed. He gave me options for the repair and once he had located the part, we scheduled him to come back and take care of it. We are grateful for his quick response and would recommend his services to anyone looking to have their HVAC system serviced. A+ Service!

Tim came over in the evening during the weekend and we are so thankful for his help!! He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help fix the issues going on with our unit. Grateful for him and the cool air!!

Tim came over he was professional and kind. Usually tradesmen don’t want to deal with me because I’m a woman and they want to talk to my husband but Tim treated me with respect and kindness. He really helped us out. He found out why our house was so hot, he didn’t charge us for everything which is very generous and kind since we are on tight budget. He cleaned out our lines and the unit itself but only charged us for the coolant. He was great and did a great job.

Ya'll Tim, owner of Giddy-Up, came out today, after hours even, and gave us a free estimate on what it will cost to replace our heating and cooling unit. He was very thorough and even though it was hot and late in the day, he spent a great deal of time talking with us and explaining everything. Tim was very honest and very kind. Phenomenal man, phenomenal company! In us, he has customers for life! Tim, we are extraordinarily grateful for your time, your kindness and we look forward to working with you!
