Gideon Heating & Air Conditioning

Contacted Gideon in afternoon of 2/9/2026 for service one of my HVAC systems causing extreme hot air inside house on 3rd floor. Zac H arrived about 3pm on 2/10/2026. After explaining what I found the day before, Zac performed a good inspection of the system including the thermostat. Appeared that heat strips had come on at some time and did not turn off. One of Zac’s first inspections was the mounting plate where he made an adjustment. I was very pleased with Zac’s service and would be very happy to have him comeback for future service. I was very happy with Gideon’s response to my service call and would recommend them to others.

From start to finish everything was smooth. Kade showed up and walked us thru everything and all options. When Zeke, Chris and James came to install the new system they we awesome and professional and answer all questions we had. They worked around are schedule and ensured we knew everything about our new system. Highly recommend them for all HVAC work. The whole team was amazing.

Gideon HVAC replaced our old system at our condominium in Ocean Isle Beach. They did an awesome job and we can’t say enough about their responsiveness and communication throughout the process. Reid, Carl and Theresa were great to work with and their knowledge and professionalism were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Gideon HVAC.

Their tech came out for routine maintenance. When we got back from vacation, we found the AC has caused the attic to flood. Substantial damage caused. We have young children whose room was not usable for a full week. Crib, bed, clothes, etc… all impacted by the flooding. Shockingly, even so Gideon did not dispute fault, they would not pay for any of my families expenses for needing to stay else where for the week or for other damaged they caused. As a mother, I would not let Gideon instead your homes. They are not ethical in my opinion.

Use this company for All of your HVAC needs. They went above and beyond more than ANY business I have ever worked for or had the pleasure of doing business with. It started with the lovely voice and diligence of Ms. Teresa answering the phone, (which she does way more than that.) To the GM, Ed, for stepping up and standing behind his team, product and workmanship. To the corteuos and professional install team *Chris Mahoney *Ryan Blankenship *Rohan Suman that came out to my 3 year old home to resolve a minor issue the system started having. Ed also had a superb contracting service come to my home for any additional needs. I wish more businesses followed this company's integrity and stood behind their product and workmanship. The WHOLE TEAM was fabulous.
