Highly recommend RIAS Air! RIAS Air recently installed a brand-new HVAC unit at our home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Three technicians arrived right at 9:00 AM and had everything completed by 12:30 PM — efficient, professional, and incredibly respectful of our time. The crew was friendly, kind, and easy to have in the house. As a tenant, I really appreciated how smoothly they handled communication and coordination with both me and my landlord, who is currently deployed in Japan. They made everything simple despite the time difference and never once made it feel complicated or inconvenient. What an amazing experience!! Our heat went out during the last HUGE snow storm. I called several companies and left my information and most of them never even called back. ,with one hour of reaching out to Rias, they arrived at our house and fixed our heat. The service tech was outstanding and professional. In addition, to our amazement, the cost for the job (even as an emergency) was so much more affordable then I had anticipated. In an emergency, most contractors try to upsell or charge outrageous fees. These guys did not!!! Rias Air HVAC has earned a customer for life to service all of my HVAC needs!!

5 Stars – Excellent Service and Professionalism I had a fantastic experience with Lee and his team with Rias Air. They replaced my condenser unit after a poor installation by another contractor, and the difference was night and day. From the initial inspection to the final install, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain what went wrong with the previous setup and how they were fixing it. My system is now running perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable heating and air conditioning service!

I was so pleasantly pleased with the same day service I received from Lee at Rias Air. My mini split unit, had completely shut down. Lee quickly diagnosed my problem was connected to an electrical issue with my generator load management system. The repair was simple and my system is back up and running like a champ. Most definitely we'll use Rias Air in the future for repair requirements. Very professional!

Repaired heating back to functional during the cold/snow event of 2026. Created a workaround, assessed and explained the problem. Made arrangements to replace the defective part, and did so at the quoted price. I read a bunch of super positive reviews before choosing RIAS. As others had said, Lee was friendly and caring. Josh, who did the work, was friendly and professional as well. As a rental property owner in the area, I have found my HVAC guys.
