TERRIBLE SERVICE We had GS for 2 years of lawn service and now have dirt patches all over our lawn. No aeration, no fertilizer, no follow up - only lip service from Sergio. Also, the air blower person was horrendous - consistently left our porch and patio dirty and knocked the gutter lead off every time. Price was fair, but not worth the poor quality service and no response to complaints.

Sergio and team put in a small retaining wall, underground downspouts and dry creek to redirect water from my property. In the process their machinery destroyed my lawn and left a mess. One of the underground downspouts and pop up drains is so far underground water pools and above the pipe up drain. They left a mess of mud all over my driveway and sidewalk, I had to pay someone to power wash it away. The “dry creek” is more like a pile of rocks and is not effective at redirecting rain water. When we questioned about the work we get generic responses and are told it’s working as it should but be, but my property is still very wet days after is rains. After spending over 7k I think some of these solutions should have more impact on the property.

I hired Sergio and his crew based solely upon a good feeling I had after meeting him. They did the thatching, clean up and edging of my property yesterday and everything looks spectacular!
