Over the years, Whalen & Ives has installed and serviced our A/C system, Heating system and standby generator. We have been very pleased with their service. Today it was annual maintenance for our generator. Marcos the technician was prompt, polite and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and did a meticulous job. I feel very secure knowing our backup power is ready in case there is an outage.. Highly recommend!!!
