A/C wasn’t working after I had a new thermostat installed. Communicated this to the contractor. The worker looked around my A/C unit for 30 minutes trying to figure it out. Finally found out it was the wires controlling the thermostat that were wrongly connected from the last tech that did the job. They charged me $348 for someone to switch two wires which ultimately took 1 minute. They added a drain pan cleaning charge which was done without my consent, probably to justify the later charges. Brought it up to the company via email how there’s no way the simple changing of wires should be $350. They then said I’d better pay by the end of the month or else they’d come after me. Classic bush league contractors getting money the scummy way

Javier and his team have been the best! They communicated well, always showed up on time and did great work. I had many issues with other contractors here in Miami. Javier was able to get my permits and complete the job quickly while also doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

Javier is the greatest! It is SO hard to find a good, reliable, trustworthy contractor in South Florida. He and his staff are responsive and professional. they completely gutted and remodeled my 900 sq ft law office, making it into a gorgeous, contemporary executive suite. They are now working on our kitchen remodel and deck at our home. Highly recommend and will continue to use for all our contracting needs.

The surprise of having everything as requested plus details of additional improvements without any change on the final balance, make the difference. The work team, in addition to being respectful, work in an orderly manner and always taking care of details and cleanliness in the work units. Highly recommended.

Great service. I already have passed their info to friends and family for whenever they need them. Not only their service is top notch, it is also super quick (I called them on a Thursday and Saturday noon everything was done). They provided me with a detailed explanation of everything that needed to be done. Before doing the job, I received clear details of the cost (super great price) and after all was finished, I also received the pictures of the end result. If you need anything to get done in your property, big or small, please give them a call. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended!
