I highly recommend Gilbert & Son for any crawl space and/or mold problem you may have! I had looked in our crawl space and noticed we had problems with our insulation, mold and pests. I called six different companies to look at the problem and provide recommendations on how to fix the problem. All wanted to do an encapsulation project that would cost up to 30K! I called Gilbert & Son and Mike, the owner came over and looked at our problem and walked me through the recommended solutions. Mike is a true professional and is trying to help you fix your problem and not try to oversell you something you really don't need! His two sons are also professional, very polite, respectful, on time and did an excellent job. Go with Gilbert & Son, you won't be disappointed!

I’m extremely happy with Gilbert and Son’s works in my crawlspace. We couldn’t ask for a better Co. I had fungus and moisture issues and needed new beams and jacks. Gilbert & Sons did an absolutely fantastic job waterproofing my ENTIRE house. I called them when my home continued to flood, and they came to the rescue asap, identifying and finishing the job in only 3 days! They work quickly and efficiently; they are incredibly organized, and very knowledgeable. And they are the nicest people to work with! They are absolutely here for the customer! They are a trustworthy company, and produce work you can rely on. I would 110% recommend them for your moisture/mold/crawl space needs!!

Gilbert & Son did an awesome job fixing my crawl space moisture problems and the resulting damage to our home. I was concerned about hiring any contractor for fear of being upsold. Fortunately this was not the case with them. I feel like they repaired what was needed and did so in a timely manner. The guys are very respectful and Mike (owner) explained needed repairs in great detail. I was referred to them by a family member that had a similar experience. I highly recommend them.... but only if you want needed repairs to be taken care while not getting ripped off!
