Nice guy, but I’m pretty disappointed. Hired him to clean a dirty and smelly chaise lounge chair on July 14th. I had modest expectations and wasn’t expecting it to look perfect, just better. Bought the deluxe package for $200 which meant he used stronger shampoo and cleaning chemicals. The worker (forget his name) tried to manage my expectations and said the smell would be gone and the fabric would be improved. I said no problem, just do the best you can. The cleaning was finished in 30 minute, including set up and breakdown of the steam machine. Maybe 15-20 minutes of actual cleaning. He said there was a lot of brown dirty water removed and I would see results after it dried. Well, unfortunately the smell is still present and the fabric doesn’t look much better. I wish he would have done
