Gill’s Heating and Cooling went absolutely above and beyond. They were polite, professional, incredibly quick with the job, and cleaned up after themselves. A true testament to their company was their willingness to come out at the end of a work day, just to make sure our heating was working so we’d be warm for the night with a cold front coming in. We are so grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough! Absolutely amazing service!

Scheduled a estimate for a changeout today, the owner arrived and seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. I had another ac company show up right when he was about to give me our estimate. but instead and left without saying a word. In a country where things cost so much, in what world are we not allowed to shop around? I understand that its a little awkward with the competition right in your face, but if you cant give me a number at all, how will you ever know if you were going to make a sale? It shows a lot about a person and how they run a company. when they have a lack of professionalism and ability to handle circumstances that come up.

Woke up this morning to AC not cooling. Called and left a message, got a call back quickly and was back up and running in less than 2 hours from my initial call. Joe and Jade are wonderful people and I am very thankful for them. Will always recommend Gill’s Heating and Cooling Inc.

I have been a customer of Gill's since 2018. They are very reasonably priced and do good work. My ac went out yesterday evening and Joe came from Lakeland to help me out. He an his wife have been nothing but kind and professional.

We’ve been loyal customers of Joe and his crew for since we first moved to Lake Wales in 2012. Our first experience back then was when I was a snowbird and drove back to LW in the summer of 2012 to find our AC out in the house. It was over 110 inside.
