I am here to tell you that Gill's plumbing is the best plumbing service in the area. Earl himself is just such a kind and very helpful. He knows what he’s doing. He’s very precise and what he’s doing. He make sure that the job is done and if it’s not, he stands by his word, you know I had him come in and I ended up needing him to come almost every day of the week and he came and he was happy and smiling and upbeat, like it never seemed like I was bothering him or it was a problem. If negative stars were possible, I would use them. Unfortunately, based on my experience, even one star feels too generous. It has been seven weeks since our initial appointment with Mr. Gill, and our plumbing issue was never properly diagnosed or resolved. We paid $250 to have our toilet snaked, but the clogging problem continued almost immediately. We were told the toilet was “outdated” and needed to be replaced — without a full diagnosis being performed. We were even told that we needed to climb onto the roof ourselves to check the exhaust vent, which is something I would expect a plumber to handle as part of a paid service call. Communication and scheduling were extremely poor. We were rescheduled and then left without responses for days at a time. When we reported that the issue was
