Corey and his team are great! I had five estimates from contractors on my master bathroom, and I went with Gilmer's because I felt I could rely on the work to be high quality, completed without delay and that I wouldn't be nickeled and dimed through the process. The bathroom looks beautiful, and when it was all said an done, we were $500 under our original budget and able to get to about $3000 under the estimate. Disclaimer: we completed the demo ourselves, painted ourselves and hung the accessories to cut some costs. That being said, Corey's pricing for demo, paint, and accessories was fair. I just wanted to save some money. You can just tell that Corey and his team have character! That matters in today's world, where I feel corners are cut and customers can be left stranded.
