Ultimate Comfort Heating & Cooling

My oil boiler was dripping fuel. Called Ultimate and they assured me it would be ok till the next day. The next day Kirk arrived and he was the most pleasant person I think I have ever met. He let me know every step of the way what he was doing. Found the issue and went above and beyond fixing it. Oh and Luna says hello. 1/15/26 Had an issue with the heater....( totally different.) Woke up in the early morning with no heat & boiler would not ignite. This time Kirk came out and diagnosed the issue quickly and got the heat back up and runny before it got too cold inside. Both techs that I had were knowledgeable and took the time to check everything out. I know who I'll be calling in case the heater demons strike again. Thank you!!!

I’m really glad I found a place I can trust. My furnace stopped working, and I was expecting the worst. They could have sold me a new unit, but instead they signed me up for a maintenance plan and fixed it under that plan. Now I’ll at least have my HVAC system checked every six months to help prevent these issues from happening in the first place.

I highly recommend Ultimate Comfort Heating & Cooling. Their customer service is excellent. We are on an annual contract, and they keep track of when our annual heating system cleaning and maintenance is due, and reach out to us to schedule. The office staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Communication is excellent as well. We get email and text reminders about our appointments, as well as a text on the day of to let us know the technician is on the way. One nice extra - the text has a picture of the technician who will be coming to our home. That gives us a better feeling of security because we know who to expect. The technicians themselves are friendly, courteous, and very respectful of our home and property. They clean up the work area very thoroughly after the job is
