Great company to work with. Geoff came and gave me the estimate answered any questions and provided a very fair price for a new roof. He stayed in contact through the process and never made me feel rushed. Their team came and got the roof done quickly and nicely done. They cleaned up everything and were careful with my plants and shrubs. Highly recommend this company due to their fair prices and most importantly honest communication. Thank you for my new roof.

I am very pleased and impressed with Gilpin Roofing. They arrived early on the day that we had agreed to, removed the old roof, installed the new roof, and cleaned up; all in one day. They also returned the next day to assure all nails and debris had been removed, to verify that the HVAC lines had not been damaged, and to clean up any scuffs on the siding that may have occurred during the roof removal. In short, they are professional, easy to work with, use quality products, and simply do a great job. I highly recommend them for any roofing projects.

What a great and responsive company! We had a few shingles blow off during last week's winter storm and we needed to get the roof repaired ASAP before the rain started. Even though their crews were booked up Tina worked her magic to get someone out to the house before the rain started. The roof was repaired quickly and they also inspected the rest of the roof for damage that I could not see from the ground. That was very much appreciated. The best thing about Gilpin Roofing is their communication and professionalism. Tina is the best as she returned my calls quickly and made sure I knew exactly when I was to expect the work to begin. They also handle all quotes and billing electronically. I definitely recommend them.

Gilpin Roofing did a great job on our home in Chesapeake. It was a pleasure to deal with our salesperson, Geoff, who is quite responsive. Don't waste your time going to other roofers. I did, and one of them never returned our call and contact form. The other one scheduled a consultation and was a no show. Total waste of time. But Gilpin was very responsive. We weren't quite ready to do the roof when we met with them, but they honored the price six months later. They came out on the appointed day and were very good at communicating leading up to and after the installation. They did a great job on the roof, which is obviously the most important thing, and their communication was top-notch, cleaned up after themselves, and took care of all the things around the outside of our house so that
