I ordered from cash heating oil website. Never spoke to anyone to coordinate delivery. I received voicemail while at work to schedule the delivery. I never got a chance to schedule delivery. They were at my 88 yr old bedbound mother's house by 9 AM this morning delivering oil. I never scheduled the delivery. They used my mom's payment info from last delivery without permission. You never know what company your getting on that website and I have never had another company deliver without speaking to me and using previous payment source. This is only the 2nd time this company has come out to my Mother's house. It's been different companies every delivery pretty much and not one has saved her payment info. A family member ended up buying oil and now this company topped off her tank and charged

We have used Ginnetti for our fuel oil for years. They have always been professional and courteous. Their drivers are respectful of our property. Their prices are excellent and I have never had a problem with their oil causing issues with our furnace! Our daughter and son-in-law also use them at their house! Thank you Ginnetti for your fine service !

Driver will probably end up on the news for driving like a complete idiot and killing somebody. Not the company I would want to deliver my oil. On route 34 in orange was passing on right going 65 in 35 in an 18 wheel oil tanker. Well done driver.....well done .....smh Plate number 23-73051 New Hampshire I believe.

On Tuesday 2/12/19 at 4 pm we were in the middle of a snowstorm that was just turning to freezing rain. Traffic on 91 north was moving at 40 mph and there were several inches of slush on the highway. A Ginnetti Petroleum tractor trailor came up behind me at a dangerously rapid speed and stayed about 3 feet behind me. There was traffic in both lanes and it took several minutes to change lanes. He was blowing his air horn constantly the whole time. This is the most dangerous and discourteous action I have seen for many years. I would urge people to boycott Ginnetti Petroleum until management assures the public that this dangerous driver is no longer on the road.

I encountered one of the most aggressive truck drivers I've seen in a long time. Going over 80 mph with freezing rain and cutting off a sedan making them swerve into the breakdown lane. Completely reckless
