I called them to check my washer & dryer, because they were making noise. The young man was very professional. He particularly took the whole dryer apart to find the issue. He kept me updated and we discussed different options. I know my w&d are up in years, so the best option would be to get a new set. I couldn't believe he only changed me for a house call after all that work. Very honesty and I trustworthy and I his judgment. This company will always be my go to for any appliances repair.

GIR did an excellent job fixing our dryer. They came out the same day we called. Derek was very knowledgeable and knew right away how to repair. He came back after receiving the part and the dryer works great. He was very respectful an we would recommend GIR for anyone with washer and dryer needs!

Derek agreed to look at my coffee machine even though it was not a brand that he worked on. He diagnosed the problem, and was able to find a suitable replacement part. However the cost for the part was fairly expensive, so he recommended not doing the repair, which is what we were leaning toward. I really appreciated the assessment and his honesty in not trying to force us to make an overly expensive repair. Very honest service.
