Had a hot water heater go out and leak all over basement. Called them at 8:30 and they arrived at 10:30. Felt like they dropped everything and ran to my place. Crew was curtious and efficient, had water sucked up and drying equipment in place in 2 hours. Very helpful with insurance company, handled it all for me. Great follow up to check on progress and picked up equipment immediately when carpet was dry. Had a crew come in to repair and clean damage very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them. Steve Gitz really cares.

We have done business with Gitz-Meier Remodeling for over 40 years. We have been extremely pleased and excited with all the work done for us. Their entire team is very professional starting with the designs, planning and the actual work. The carpenters are top notch, master carpenters with great skill and experience. The carpenters go above and beyond what has been asked for, giving appropriate suggestions as a project develops. They built us a beautiful kitchen that had previously been a second large living room in an old farm house. We had two bathrooms completely gutted and redone. We also had Gitz-Meier roof and put siding on our house. These were large jobs because of the size of the house and the detail of the siding and finish. The people they have working there do not even know what they are doing. They are also rude. They also have theives in their company who have a history of stealing customer's possessions- rumors but heard directly from an employee still employed. There are also employees there who drink hard alcohol on the job. You can find a much more professional company to do the job elsewhere!

Came and took measurements then disappeared. I called them 3 times in a month and no response
