Very happy with the service they provided when I thought my furnace had broken during the very cold ice/snow storm we had. While it did take a couple days before they were able to make it out to my house, they were the only honest company out of several that I had come out. AB-May and Anthony H&C both did very little diagnostics and simply said I needed to buy a new furnace (and quoted an insane amount of money). GK's tech came out and removed a few pieces and cleaned them, explained what he was doing, and kept working until he figured out what was wrong. Got the part to fix the issue and had it installed within a week. They saved me the thousands of dollars the other companies tried to get me to pay for a new furnace and instead I spent around $400 altogether. Seems to be hard to find an

I can't say enough great things about GK Smith. They have installed two AC units for us and they have always been very competitive with price and top notch on quality. As busy as they are they always find a way to help out. Thanks for taking the time to help me out today. You guys are the best.
