Good Guys Plumbing

We had our septic back up into the basement so we called Good Guys plumbing and they put us on the emergency call list and came within 3 hours and cleaned our drain out and fixed two toilets that had slow leaks! Very friendly and hard working. We couldn’t have been more pleased with their service.

Will always use again. Highly recommend. Bret and Bryce repaired my broken faucet, and fixed leak under sink. They were very professional, just really nice people. Made me know why I always call Good Guys first! Saved me a ton of money. They returned my calls, which a lot didn't do, and got to me quickly and communication was great!

Had a little blockage issue I was unable to resolve myself, naturally it was on a weekend. My wife called several companies for a service call, leaving messages with all, Good Guys was the only one to return the call. They made it out the same day and was was able to clear the blockage after some frustrating attempts. A little ingenuity and outside the box thinking and we were in business again. I felt the price was fair considering it was a Saturday and they had several employees on site. I just felt they deserved a 5 star review for their responsiveness, quality, value and professionalism.

We had a sewer issue that we could not unclog ourselves so we called them turns out our sewer pipe was broke and old they told us the cost we set up a day and they got the job done In one day. They are nice inexpensive and professional I would totally recommend them to anyone I will definitely continue to use them for future repairs. My kids even enjoyed watching them work.

We had Good Guys come out in December. I did not want to post in the heat of the moment, but am very disappointed, to say the least. Our main line backed up and we were not able to use any of our plumbing. We have a home warranty that we fought with for several days (at no fault of Good Guys) After the person they assigned was unreachable they allowed us to find our own plumber and agreed to reimburse. They came out on a Monday and we had been unable to use plumbing since the previous Thursday. We did not have a clean out port outside so they had to take a toilet off to rooter it. That was unsuccessful, and they said they would need to camera scope it. So we paid the service fee for that day (I believe $135?) And had to wait another day or two for them to come back out.
