braxton from gl plumbing came out to check on a leak from our old water heater here in simi valley. he quickly found that the water heater itself was the problem, and explained that the brand we had tends to have more issues lately. he suggested a better brand for the replacement. braxton took care of removing the old unit and installing the new water heater, making sure i understood everything he was doing along the way. he clearly explained the pricing before starting any work. the whole process was smooth and professional, and i felt comfortable the entire time. i’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing needs in the future.
