Glacier Cooling & Heating

Don't sleep on Glacier!! In a world where in-your-face marketing gets traffic, service quality tends to lack. Not with these guys. Truly dedicated and skilled. I'm no HVAC tech, but pretty savvy and a contacts list to point me in the right direction 99% of the time. But this time, I was in over my head. 10 minutes after pulling up, they were off again to get parts. Then seemed to make really light work out of something I'd have struggled with awhile. Wrapped up with a bill not as large as I expected, which was nice because I wasn't in a place to afford too big a hit. In the event I need something else, Robbie and Colt and the team at Glacier will be my first call!

Air-conditioning stopped working. Called them and a nice lady said she would get them to call me. Called me back in less than 10 minutes. Was at my house in less than 30 minutes! We needed a new inside and outside unit. I knew we did because old unit was nearly 20 years old. They ordered what we needed and did a complete new system in less than 3 days! Plus they saved us over 11 thousand dollars. They are a little bit out in the country just a mile or so from I-20. Nothing fancy, low overhead. I think they are a little gem! I guess that's how they are able to save us so much money. From now on I will use nobody else except GLACIER!

These guys are excellent. We needed a new thermostat and it wasn't a quick fix apparently. The technician was extremely polite and helpful and got everything taken care of for us to get our AC working again. We won't be using anyone else in the future.

I was told that I needed a compactor and the cost was 280$ for the parts not knowing I worked at a air conditioner company for almost 40 years.. my son goggles the parts and it was only $20 and they got very upset and was rude because I should him the price..he had quoted me almost $500 to fix the problem so please be aware and goggles before you pay for overpriced stuff.. I have recommended them to others people in the past but they lost a good customer..

Had a problem with our AC and Colt walked me through the issue by phone. He offered to come out but we were able to fix it, with his guidance. No service call and saved me some $$. Would have been simple to not offer assistance and make a service call. That is 5 stars in my book...honesty and business integrity plus they are always the nicest people.
