Gleason Roofing

Just finished my complete shingle reroof with Gleason! I got 5 quotes, selected Gleason because they are Master Elite certified which means they can offer the Golden Pledge GAF warranty which is the best I found. They were competitive in price as well. The good: I have my warranty and the job is finished and looks nice. I think the price was fair. For the quote, Luis came out and inspected the roof with his drone - cool pictures of the house too! Got my quote same day. After a few iterations on the contract to specify the proper warranty and materials to be used, I signed the contract. The tear off was completed in one long day, even though this was a large job, 6-9 guys at times on the roof. The shingle install was done the next day, another long day. So very quick completion. Hands down using Gleason Roofing was the best customer experience I’ve EVER had w/a contractor. They knocked my roof replacement out of the park, exceeded my expectations & went the extra mile. Josh, Danny & crew came when they said would, did what they said they would do. They truly went above & beyond my expectations & the results speak for themselves. Josh knows the roofing industry inside & out & his crew has been with him for 10+ years. That says alot. I would not hesitate in recommending Gleason to all my friends & family.

I recently had a frustrating experience with this company that I feel compelled to share. It all started when one of their employees was driving a truck on the road, and a roof shingle flew out of the bed, striking my vehicle. To my shock, I discovered that the driver was not only unlicensed but also driving without insurance. This was the beginning of a series of headaches that I never anticipated. After the incident, I attempted to reach out to the company multiple times to discuss the damage and seek some form of resolution. However, my efforts were met with complete silence. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that shows such a blatant disregard for responsibility and accountability. During a full roof replacement one thing was missed, due to a miscommunication basically. The same day I called, Josh took over the call and immediately came out himself! After Christmas day, they came out, finished the work and went above and beyond!!! Cannot go wrong with them !! Thank you 👏

Juan, Josh, Daniel, Jack, and Rojo were awesome. Great fellas and a great job. No complaints at all. Cleaned up the debris well and came back to check on everything after the storms to make sure everything was good. Definitely recommend them.
