They can sometimes be slow about returning calls and so on, but when they finally do, they are responsive and provide good, personal service. Their products are well-made and the installation of my patio cover was a HUGE improvement over the previous one. I recommend them and would gladly do business with them again.

Worst unloading ever! Arrived at 07:15 and departed at 15:15. Only half a trailer of products.
