We had a great experience. He explained everything as he went. He took the time to troubleshoot the problem and was able to come up to a solution. I live in Live Oak and had attempted to reach 3 local A/C companies on a Saturday without success. Therefore, I placed a call to Glenn I. Jones in Lake City. A gentleman by the name of Jacob Rathburn returned my call within 5 mins of my message. He arrived approx an hour later. He was very polite and professional. Although it was a bit of a challenge to figure out what the issue was, he was very persistent and stayed with it. He is definitely a hard worker and an asset to any company.
