My AC went out and I called several companies. One couldn't get to me for three weeks. Another couldn't come until the next week unless I paid $150 extra for after hours work . I called Glen's Plumbing and within a couple hours Lee came. He found the problem and fixed it . I was greatful as it was suppose to get to 105 degrees that day. I just received the bill and feel like it was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate one bit calling them if I needed them. Janet Rowland

Not Only are they scam artist with their company, but with the rental houses they will screw you out of every penny they possibly can and add things into the lease that aren’t there and pursue to take your entire deposit back with no reasoning as well as blame damage on you that was from mother nature. They also charge you more than legally allowed to for their deposit and pet deposit. Needless to say they are slumlords!!!

Service used to be great but not anymore. Called to have them check our backflo preventer because a pin was rusty and wouldn't come out and they came and looked and said it would be over 6000$ and would have to dig up the basement. He did not even try to remove the pin. So after his quote we eventually were able to replace the pin ourselves. Then we received a bill for 65$. We will not use them anymore. And dont buy a furnace or ac unit from them. I have family that purchased an ac unit brand new that already has issues. They will not bring a new unit but will keep coming to do the repairs. Told them they needed to call the manufacturer. If you pay $6000 shouldn't it work or be replaced if it is supposedly brand new? Wont use them anymore and would not recommend them. If you want sloppy work, exhaust coming into your home, and an "experience" technician tell you its normal for a heater exchange to be rusting for a unit that is only 2 years old, hire this place. Oh, yeah I forgot about the method they use to seal duck work, a can of spray foam to add to the visual and health nightmare that it has caused my family. Installed a unit that is emitting exhaust into home, wont solve satisfactory. My family of 8 is experience health problem because of carelessness. Paid company $6000 to properly install a complete HVAC system, three years ago. Every year during the winter month, I smell exhaust coming into the home intermediately. I have repeatably called the company, and like lost puppies, have shown to my house not knowing what to do. One year they suggested,

Fantastic service replacing my water heater. Came on time, replaced the water heater, removed the old leaking one, and cleaned up. Whole process took around 30 minutes. Adam and Steve did a super job! Way to go!
