When I had a plumbing issue with my shower (leaking, poor water pressure, etc), Glen came through and swiftly diagnosed and repaired the issue. He was professional and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend Glen's Plumbing for all in need of a master plumber!

I just want to say that our family had a great experience with Glen’s Plumbing. My husband made contact with the owner the night our issue happened and the very next day he had someone come. They went above and beyond helping fix our issue. And let me tell you it wasn’t an easy fix. Our family is very happy! When my basement flooded, Glen responded quickly, clearly explained the problem, and efficiently fixed the flooding while also unclogging the drainage system. He was professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Glen to anyone in need of an expert plumber!

This company is an absolute rip-off. The owner charges an exorbitant amount for even simple plumbing jobs and often subcontracts the work out without being upfront about it. Communication is poor, scheduling is unreliable, and overall he comes across as very strange and unprofessional. I’ve dealt with many contractors over the years, and this was one of the worst experiences — definitely not worth the cost or the headache.

Had an issue with our garbage disposal, it sounded like a stripped gear and was making a grinding/grating noise. We went and got a replacement, saw Glen’s ad in The ClarenceBee, called early Friday morning,Glen answered right away, got our contact info and had his two guys here before noon! Turns out apiece of hard plastic was stuck, they got it working with no issues or need to replace it. The kicker, they wouldn’t charge me a dime! The most honest, thought and courteous contractor we’ve ever dealt with! Highly recommend Glen’s for all your plumbing needs! Thanks Glen and crew!!
