I am BEYOND infuriated with this company. I chose them due to the wonderful reviews and being local but I will warn all to STAY AWAY ⚠️ I prepaid them $600.00 to clean my home for a move out after selling it. I schedule this over a MONTH ago and paid them FULL PRICE weeks ago via bank wire transfer. They were supposed to show up today over 2 hours ago. I have called over 30 times, my realtor who's waiting at the home keeps calling, and NO ONE is responding. I now have to find a cleaning company to come TODAY and fight this wire transfer with my bank. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS AND SHOULD BE TREATED ACCORDINGLY.
They came for one cleaning then failed to show up or call me back after a no show. I still had many places to spot clean after the time they did show up.
No show no call no contact. Pathetic, thanks for wasting our realtors time. Not like she has a job and other places to be or anything.
