These guys came recommended by a friend who landscapes. The GLM Staff was very friendly when I called in my order, the delivery was the next day, the driver called to let me know he was on his way and then he very skillfully put the pallets down in my driveway without leaving a mark. Very satisfied.

I have ordered mulch from Mr. Mulchman for years when I lived in East Cobb. Since the takeover by GLM nothing has changed except my new address in Canton, GA. I have now ordered product from GLM IN Woodstock the past 4 years and have always received prompt and exceptional service and products. The office staff, yardmen and delivery drivers are always pleasant and a joy to deal with. They are the best.

Staff at the office were polite and professional. They were ableto help me with the amount of mulch I would need based on the number of bags I previously used to complete my project. They offered a military discount. They delivered my mulch on time with a fifteen minute heads up. I will go back again. I have always had great service and products.

Horrible customer service, I walked in the door and a young woman was on her phone and said, “Just wait a minute”, I wasn’t sure if she was talking to me so I asked, “Did you just tell me to just wait a minute?” So she rudely said “yeah” as if I was inconveniencing her. I decided not to bother her or any one there any longer. I hate that one person can ruin a whole experience but that’s why it matters who you put in the front office. “I’ll be with you in just a moment sir” goes a long way, it’s simple but it seems no one knows how to do that anymore. Not a professional company at all
