I don't typically take the time to leave reviews but this experience required that I do so. I've been a bathroom and kitchen remodeler for 16 years now. Customer decided to use this company, for 4 stone pieces for a shower. I gave them very detailed dimensions of the pieces that I needed, customer pick the pieces up, I scheduled to come install them, I get to the job and find that all four pieces were done wrong. Completely ruined the day for me and days to follow. Now, I know how to roll with punches because sometimes things happen, but when they offer zero apologies and do absolutely nothing to accommodate a quick turnaround on the pieces that they embarrassingly screwed up, that's a level of poor customer service and complete disregard for other people's schedules that I have never expe

Absolutely love my countertop and service from Global! they have a pretty good selection, the pricing is very fair and they honor the one year service warranty - no questions asked. They are a family company and take pride in their work, I refer EVERYONE I know to them.

Poor Customer Service.. Eva came in and took the measurements for the kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities. All was perfect to that point. Then... Eva asked me to pass by the "Yard" so we can pick the granite. We set the appointment for 3:45pm. When I got there, Eva was not there. I worked with a nice lady in the showroom. We went out to the yard, and picked the granite. The lady put my name and contractor's name on the slabs (see photos). We go in, did the paperwork, and I left a deposit. On the way out, I asked the lady to make sure I'm getting the exact slab I picked. She made a call and said. Sorry you cannot. This one is sold. She then asked me to wait for Eva who's 15 minutes away. I waited for 20, no one showed up. I left and called the contractor to let him know what happened.

Very nice and very professional. They took good care of us and delivered in time that they told us. (even with the snow).Would definitely recommend them

They were very helpful and patient when we were selecting our countertops. Fantastic job with the installation process and I couldn't be happier!
