Great Shutter Company. Their Central Intake is very polite and professional. GPP install Shutters for my Sliding Glass Doors after the Builder Taylor Morrison Hired a Very Rude and Unprofessional Company to install Shutters when my home was being built. GPP corrected all the Shutters Issues. Installer came 2 days after the initial appointment but worth the wait. Completed a very Professional Job.

I had an amazing experience with GPP. I had bought my house from the builder 11 years ago. They gave us GPP's fabric hurricane shutters. After the storms the past few years we made the decision to upgrade to aluminum accordion shutters. Jorge handled everything. He was great. He kept in constant contact with us. he let us know every step of the way what was happening with our order. He took care of our permits. Today Robert did our installation. OMG what an employee he is. He was done with our whole house within a few hours. Amazing how fast he was. He worked meticulously. He was a total gentleman. He showed me how to use the shutters. He took my old shutters away. I really can't say how impressed I was with Jorge and Robert. GPP is lucky they have both of them working there.

Can’t say enough good things about how happy we are with our hurricane shutters! Installed 6 years ago and they still operate flawlessly. Customer service was great and the installer was very neat and detail oriented in his work.

The hurricane shutters are terrible. There are much better products out there. Our builder changed hurricane shutter manufacturers halfway through our neighborhood. Those with Global Protection Products had a terrible time installing. I have 40 windows on my house, none of the shutters fit properly. The other half of the neighborhood had Wayne Dalton brand and those were much, much better. I helped some neighbors with their Wayne Dalton brand. The difference between the two is so ridiculous, it's laughable.

Putting up hurricane shutters sucks. Nothing is going to change that and that's just how life is. However, we put up the shutters on my house for Hurricane Ian and it went great. Well, as great as this can be. Out of all 28 windows I only had to strain to get the things to fit like 3-5 times. And at the end of the day they all fit. I guess what I'm saying is the shutters we got from GPP made an inherently annoying task as easy as it was ever going to be.
