Absolutely horrendous company. Shady is an understatement. I paid Tracy Jordan of Gloss House LLC to detail my car. She brought the car back 7 hours later and she had crashed it. Didn’t bother to tell me. Not to mention the detail was horrible. After the fact she admitted to crashing my car but refused to give me insurance and then proceeded to block me. I will be taking her to small claims court and I strongly suggest you stay clear from any of her shady businesses.
