I’ve been a customer for 12+ years, have had several new installations in two different homes as well as preventive maintenance’s, done twice a year. GLR never disappoints. Always fair, on time, honest and reliable . Best company for HVACR and Plumbing! Highly recommend!

On a very cold December morning, our furnace stopped working. After reading several positive reviews of GLR Mechanical, we contacted them for service—and we were very glad we did. The person I spoke with was friendly and understanding and arranged for someone to come to our home promptly. The service technician was kind, knowledgeable, and fixed the furnace at a very reasonable price. He was even wonderful with our pets! We were extremely happy not only with the service itself, but also with how we were treated by the entire GLR team. A few days later, they even followed up to make sure we were satisfied and that our furnace was still working properly. I’ve never had a repair service do that before, and it truly showed how much GLR cares about their customers.

Very helpful and quick to respond. Spent time over the phone as I was initially troubleshooting some issues with my heating, just to help solve any simple problems it could be to save on potential cost of a call-out. When a call-out was necessary they responded very quickly and resolved any issues.

Brad and Jason are consummate professionals. They were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I recommend them to you for all your residential and commercial heating and cooling needs! They fixed our refrigerator that was “unfixable!”

John was extremely thorough and took his time doing routine maintenance on my boiler. I have been using them for 4-5 years now and have been very happy with their services!
