Window World of Wyoming Valley

We had a 45 year old bow window replaced with a custom bay window. The whole process was very smooth. Gentleman came up did the measurements and paperwork. Contacted once the window was ready (and snow storm gave us a minute). Enter Adolfo and his crew. They were an awesome bunch. They got right to work and in no time the switch was made. They were friendly and very professional. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat, as long as I get that awesome crew! Before and after speak for themselves.

Great selection of products..very reasonable pricing..professional installation. I had to have a minor adjustment on one door which they fixed a very short time later. My wife and I are 100% satisfied and will return to WW in the future!

We had windows, siding and gutters installed on our home. All three crews were very professional, courteous and dedicated workers. Truly a job well done!

The finished work that was done is nice looking. There were some issues that left us dissatisfied, but they were rectified. Pricing was a bit high in my opinion for three doors and frames, but the problems we had resulted in some compromises, money-wise. The material quality appears well made. The main door frames have kerf weatherstripping, which is what you want. That was an unexpected surprise, so the perimeter of each door is rock solid in terms of draft areas being sealed up tight.

Window World replaced our patio door. We had a three panel glass patio door which was made of wood. It started to rot from water damage. We replaced with a regular 2 panel sliding door, it was a custom size, larger than a normal 2 panel door. The whole process was fantastic. The price of the door, picking the door, the appointment to measure for the install, and finally the installation, it all went very smooth. I was not able to attach a picture, but they are beautiful! The installers did a great job and were sure to clean up any remnants. Very happy with the result. Great job Window World!
