I love this place but my car bottomed out going down the ramp and I had to pay $290 to fix it. I was told the ramp would be fixed but it's been ~6 months and it still has not been fixed and I am still not able to park here. Please fix the ramp. Also, following up that I can get a large credit here when I park here. I should be able to park here for free 18 times. Long time customer of 8 years.
DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE !!! We left our car early morning and the guy asked to us to pay immediatly the entire day (14 bucks). after the day when we picked up our cars another guys asked the money for the car but we already paid! he was rude and started to scream to us we paid 2 times because he got angry and he threatened us by callin the cops. That's crazy you do your job you paid for a service and then your're treated like a thief. Be honest with the customers and learn good manners!!!
