G.M. Roth Design Remodeling

Great experience, the team did an awesome job with our remodel / addition. We did a BIG Project adding space and updating to the kitchen, family room, dining area and entryway into our home. Great communication (enjoyed using builderstrend) and Kris / Bryan / Silbino and the subs they used were great and got along with our dog great during the whole project. I frequently recommend them to anyone who asks us about our experience.

We used GM Roth to put an addition on our home. John and Ann made the design process easy and straightforward. John came to the house and discussed the project took lots of pictures to ensure he had all the information necessary for our project. We were able to go to their showroom and choose things we liked. Ann met me to help pick out light fixtures. She knew what would look nice and what would fit in our space. They were aware of our budget and were able to work with us and find solutions to keep us close to that price. They were careful to mention when things might increase the price. Once construction started, Kris made sure the execution of each phase was done respectfully and professionally, constantly keeping us updated of any changes that had arisen. They did high quality work, at a fair price, on schedule and they even offer a warranty on their work. Their thorough process ensured that our selections were ordered and on-site, ready to go, and their well-planned schedule made for a seamless construction process with no surprises. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Anne on the design process! She made the process enjoyable and her expertise was invaluable. She was very accommodating, often meeting us at vendors to help narrow selections and/or scheduling design meetings around our busy schedules. She was super helpful in guiding us towards more cost-effective options to achieve the same design aesthetic whenever possible.

We had our master bathroom completely remodeled by GM Roth in summer 2025. This included a tear down of our existing outdated bathroom, which was replaced with a brand new modern bathroom. The work included a new tub, shower with glass door, cabinets, closet, and floor, so basically the works. Overall the team at GM Roth was outstanding. In particular, Mike Lazzar was a pleasure to work with. He was always polite and professional, reliable, and a clear communicator. He also did high quality work, as did the whole team. The only place the job fell a little short was that it took about 1 1/2 months longer to complete than expected.
