GMH CONSTRUCTION

We recently had GMH Construction working on several projects at our home (window replacement, kitchen countertop replacement, and family room refresh). From our first meeting with them to the final day, we were 100% satisfied. The quality of their work/workers is A+. Those who came each day were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and extremely attentive to keeping the project areas clean. Any question we had was addressed immediately; that was assured by a daily visit from the project manager. Communication was exceptional, and they seemed dedicated to getting our projects completed as outlined in their timeline and getting them done well. We are excited to recommend them to family and friends and will definitely use them again for future projects.

GMH did my kitchen remodel. From start to finish, GMH was on schedule (finished one week early) and on-time per communicated daily arrival time, cleaned up each day, communicated what they did that day and what was expected the next day. They communicated openly about anything extra-ordinary they encountered. I inspected their work each evening and if ever I found an anomaly not to my liking, they addressed it that next morning. They shared ideas and helped me shape my ideal kitchen plan and result. They made plan changes to my evolving ideas as the project progressed with minimal impact to cost or schedule. HIGHLY recommend GMH for your remodel projects. You will NOT be disappointed in your choice.

GMH did a great job with some major remodeling in my home. The designers were very helpful and patient. Most importantly, the entire team was quick to respond to any questions, changes or ideas I had (which I believe may be rare in the business). I would use them again in a heartbeat (and probably will).

We worked with GMH recently on a first floor remodel, which included a kitchen, bathroom, wet bar and addition of a first floor laundry room. They worked with us each step of the way--from choosing our materials, to designing our space and completing the project on time and on budget. Our cabinets were delayed which could have caused a major delay in project completion but Julie worked seamlessly behind the scenes to change our schedule so that the project would still finish on time. We also decided to add in mudroom lockers, but because of our space, I wanted something that had doors and drawers that could close so nobody sees our stuff while eating and they came up with an amazing design that worked really well!
