This garage is over capacity. They park cars on the entrance and exit ramp. It’s tight getting in and out. On the way out my tire scraped the side of a car on the ramp. I have before and after pics where the attendant and I wiped off the black marks from the side of the car. The owner then put in a fraudulent insurance claim with geico costing around $6k and 9 points. My insurance then went digitally up ie more than my car lease payment. The car on the ramp had card board on top of it. No police report was ever filed for the alleged damage damage to my knowledge. Before and after pics of black tire marks removed. Where’s there$6k in damage. My guess is that the garage owner worked with a monthly car psrker on this insurance fraud and scam.

All around terrible experience, both dropping my car off and picking it up. When I came to get my car the attendant told me I had to pay extra because I lied about the size of my vehicle! That doesn’t even make sense! He wouldn’t let me leave until I gave him more money.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Garage is listed on parkwhiz but when we arrived the attendant said they didn't take parkwhiz. He let me leave my vehicle but made me park it myself and screamed at me the entire time that I should just leave. The attendants just disappear and they turn all the lights off to sleep overnight so we had to make a bunch of noise for someone to hear us so I could get my car back. The actual worst

Stuck waiting for 2+ hours (from 12am-2am) because apparently one of the employees LEFT and took with him the keys to a jeep that was under the car we needed, so we literally could not move the jeep to lower the car. And then when he finally got back, he couldn't move the jeep because of either lack-of-knowledge or experience. Even after all that trouble, they refused to give a refund. What quality

DO NOT PARK HERE. Makes up rates and upcharges. Sketchy guy will try to make you pay cash by claiming his card machine is broken... presumably not interested in paying taxes. He also took the liberty of adding himself a $2 tip without asking.
