From the tenant: A few things.. The thermostat was set up incorrectly which was leading to the uneven temperatures/poor airflow. As well as the humidity. And then the filters I was using were okay but not the best that could be used for catching all the particles so I’ll get the correct ones for that and that should help clear up any symptoms the kids have been experiencing. It already feels so much better! I could tell this technician was more experienced and he really explained every thing to me and it was all making sense. And he was very thorough and took his time which I appreciated.

I appreciate how honest they are. Steven kept the quote reasonable, and then delivered quality work in a timely manner. Noemi in the office communicated when the install team was headed to my home and also when the job was complete because my wife and I were at work. Fantastic service. I will definitely use GMS for all my a/c needs.

I have used GMS Air for several years for A/C maintenance and service on rental properties that I manage. They have always been extremely prompt, reliable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. At my most recent service call, Robert was very knowledgeable and thorough with his diagnosis and explanation of the heating system to my tenant and me. I will continue to rely on GMS Air to take care of my HVAC systems.

I am extremely happy with the work GMS did for me. Steve was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the bidding process. I feel that I definitely received my monies worth with the 5 ton Ruud system that I purchased from them. The installation went smooth. The field technician (Jackie) showed up on time, ready to work and was also very knowledgeable and equipped for any questions I had for him. GMS will be the first call I make for any of my future AC needs.
