Didn't finish job. Didn't have parts on truck to do the job. Had to wait for parts at my expense. Good company but very unprofessional in my opinion

A great place . They have wonderful staff . The little grouchy looking girl in the back is great, she gets thing done Now! Hank is a Great Tech. Jolina is very pleasant. Justin and Guy run a great shop! It's not only a business it's a group of great people that treat you well !

This company and it's techs are just first class. They helped us out a few weeks ago at our home. Today they really came through for us in that our rental property with an elderly woman living alone needed help today, not a week from today. Even though they were scheduled out for about a week, understandable during the first really hot week of the year here, When I explained the situation, they made time for us and this elderly tenant. We’re very pleased with our new HVAC system. The estimate was was thorough and we were offered options of different efficiency ratings. Once we decided which system to go with it was only three weeks until all material was on hand and our installation was scheduled. The install team showed up as scheduled and went right to work. They were courteous and professional and very willing to answer any questions. Installation was completed in one day. The work is first class and the only cleanup we had to do was to mop the floor and that was minimal. Thanks GNS for a job well done!
