We had a great experience with Go Direct Plumbing, especially Luis. He came out and cleared all the roots in our main sewage pipe and was truly astounding at what he does. Luis is extremely knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and even takes the time to walk you through other options (though honestly, it wasn’t necessary since his pricing is the lowest we found in town). We really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. We will definitely be working with Luis and his team again.

Our home had a series of plumbing issues that required major repairs, and this company did everything it could to help our family through the process. They even worked well into the evening at times to make sure we were taken care of. Luis was amazing—he was responsive, patient, and answered all of our questions. KayGee helped us with a sewer line clean & scope, and he was the best!! Very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. He was thorough with the clean, and took the extra time to walk us through the scope and talk us through various options we have to prevent future backups in our sewer line. Go direct was easy to schedule with online and even had next day availability. Their prices are fair and transparent.

Luis very congenial, hard-working and professional. He is a very pleasant young man. He did two townhouses for me right down the block from each other and worked diligently to get finished before dark. He was not able to get the camera through one of my listing so We are still trying to figure that out, but he did a fabulous job and a wonderful young man
