Loving our new floors. Looks better than expected. The installers were courteous and respectful, timely and thorough. Michael and the staff were quick to respond to any questions we had during the installation. We are pleased with our Go Flooring experience. Highly recommend.

On February 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., we had an appointment with Ondre Gooch of Go Flooring — a true gem of customer care like no other! He arrived right on time for our appointment and greeted me, my mother, and my daughter professionally, yet warmly — as if we were family. He walked through the dance studio with us and informed us of what Go Flooring could offer. He took the time to ask about our budget, showed us samples, and helped us select the perfect flooring. He even called the Go Flooring office during our appointment, where they gathered my information and approved me on the spot! Ondre answered every question we had and thoroughly explained the lifetime warranty on the flooring we selected. Right from the start, Michael, the Regional Sales Manager, came to meet us with a professional but friendly manner; helping us select the right flooring for our home. The products were ordered quickly and installation was scheduled within a few days. The install crew of three arrived on time, introduced themselves, had us check to confirm the materials were what we had ordered, and set to work. They completed all three rooms (including disassembling and moving furniture, then putting everything back together and in place) within 4 hours. We’re extremely satisfied with the end result and will not hesitate to recommend Go Flooring to anyone looking to give a clean, fresh look to their home.

I cannot recommend highly enough! From the very first contact through install, everyone was punctual, professional. Harrison and clerberson did an awesome job with the install, and completely transformed our space! Definitely give them a call if you’re thinking of anything flooring for your home.

Found Go-Flooring on Instagram, we were thinking of replacing the carpet in our home supplied 5 years ago by the builder, (not the best quality). Contacted go flooring, response was immediate, estimate was immediate and convenient (came to house, measured, took pics), quote and terms and discounts were explained fully, samples to choose from were brought to our home. Financing was explained, 0 down, 36 mos. no interest, or pay cash. Job was completed in 1 day, 3 guys, cleaned up after, installed to our liking, left 1 box of spare planks. Job came out perfect. Pictures below. The installers also moved the heavy furniture, beds, dressers desk, which was a BIG plus.
