Goddard Guttering

On January 29, 2026, Brian, Mark, and John from Goddard, a continuous guttering company, installed a new gutter and diverters at my property. Their craftsmanship, expertise, and courtesy were outstanding throughout the project. I would also like to acknowledge Richard and Cindy, who initiated the process by coordinating the design, scheduling, personnel, and materials to align with the scope of work. The cost was lower than the competitors' and backed by a solid warranty. Additionally, the team eliminated all waste, leaving the site spotless. Overall, fantastic job—kudos to everyone involved!

I hired Goddard to put new gutters around my home. I offered to pay when the guys were finished and was told I would get an invoice. I never received any invoice from a lady name Kelly who says she sent invoice. This lady rudely called my husbands work and my husband explained he never got an invoice, The simple fix would be to send it again if it was never received but no Kelly likes to be rude and threaten people so I just want everyone to know this isn’t the Goddard we all grew up loving my brother my uncle and my dad all worked for this company and it use to be a family place now they hire people like Kelly.its just bad business and worse part is I highly recommend them.

The Goddard company used to be a very good company. I had a roof done 24 years ago. I had a 30 year product warranty. And something like a 10 or 15 year color fading warranty. And my roof and gutters were excellent and still are. I recommended them to all my friends. apparently the family had some big dispute. So they split from gutters to one brother and the other brother did roofing. well the one brother isn’t doing roofing anymore. And they lost one of their best salesman who was an older gentleman. They are also outsourcing all of their labor to non-English-speaking people, so you cannot communicate with them to tell them that you don’t like something. They are not doing a good job!. They are not following through to make sure that these subcontractors are doing high-quality work. I ha

Terrible. We needed some of our fascia finishing repaired after a storm. We had them come out and they were quick to throw a $700 appraisal at us. We had been recommended this place and decided if that person recommended them, they’d do great. So they told us it would be 6-8 weeks before the parts came in because of the specific color. They said they will call and set up an appointment. They didn’t. About two weeks went by and my wife noticed a ladder going through the yard and some random guys (who didn’t knock and let us know who they were) going through the yard. My wife asked them who they were and they were very sketchy. I was not home but was about 5 mins away and my wife calls and tells me the gutter people were there. Which we had plans and they didn’t have an appointment set up

We spent over $3,000 with this company for gutters and gutter guards due to water running off the roof and ruining our steps and deck. We waited forever for them to do the install, but we have had a MAJOR problem with water overrunning the gutters in that specific area since day one. They are very unresponsive. Finally last summer they sent a couple guys, one of which said he did the original install, and he said the gutter in that area was slanted the wrong way and we needed an additional downspout. He said they would order it. A year later despite repeated phone calls and messages, no one has come back, and I’m given the runaround from the woman that answers their phone.
