Some of the most disrespectful people I have ever spoken to. They treat their customers as if they don't exist, and talk bad about other businesses in town to the people who actually go in there. Not only is their customer service poor, their selection is also. I would steer clear if this place.

My friend was taken advantage of . She paid up front. Big mistake. The job has never been finished, plus the installers took 4 full boxes when they left, with them. She called the Warsaw store with her complaints, and the guy who answered said he would get back to her, on this. How many weeks does that take? It hasn't happened yet .

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great quality of flooring from hardwood to carpet with competitive prices. Our flooring we purchased are Quality flooring and it looks very beautiful. Plus, we had checked multiple places from the city all the way down to Warsaw and stover had the best prices around.
