I decided to try a new HVAC company this year for my annual furnace clean & check so I gave Going Green Home Solutions a call. When I called to schedule the appointment the lady was very pleasant and informative. She informed me that they schedule appointments with 4 hour windows so I asked her to make a note to have the tech call me 30 minutes before their arrival. On the morning of the appointment I received a text message informing me that the tech was on his way and 10 minutes later Chris was knocking at my door. Luckily I decided not to run the errands I'd planned and was at home. I find it somewhat annoying that they can ask you to wait 4 hours for them to arrive but can't give you a 30 minute courtesy call to inform you they're enroute to your home! The workers were very professional, proficient, and polite. I had the furnace and air conditioner unit replaced. Both were close to 20 years old. At the end of the project, they cleaned the work areas. They also made sure I was familiar with how the new system operated. Now, the house does not take long to cool off and feels great.
