Awesome! Steve was wonderful and very informative. He explained the products and the process in a simple and very friendly manner. I bought a refurbished Pentair Heat pump, Pool heater. The purchase and installation was seamless.Steve was great! Very responsive to text messages always had the answers to the questions I was asking. The best thing about this purchase was unlike everyone else in Florida, Steve wanted no money upfront! He did not ask to be paid until the unit was up and running! I highly recommend!

From ordering to installation, the new pool heat pump was installed within 4 days! Steve the sales rep answered all our questions the week before. Steve the installer was very efficient. He had the old unit out and the new unit in 3 hours. He was friendly , knowledgeable and courteous!
