When we started looking for roofing contractors to replace our 20 year old shingle roof we were worried because of all the news stories about bad contractors but from the moment we met Rafael we knew we were in good hands. We got many bids, but Silva Roofing was the one we went with since they seemed very honest and straight forward. We couldn't be happier with the time to complete; the job was finished in about a week in June 2019. Family run business, hardworking, pleasant and trustworthy. From the beginning we felt comfortable asking questions and never felt pressure to sign a contract. No flashy brochures, just access to some samples to assist with all the color choices and brands of shingles. Silva’s quote was the best of three reputable businesses and the workers were ready to start as soon as permit was available . Inspections passed without a hitch. Communication with Raphael Jr was pleasant. Raphael Sr, with his many years of roofing experience, oversaw that the work was being done well. The yard was left free of debris each day and men worked hard. We love the designer look of our shingles and if you are thinking about replacing you roof , call Silva roofing first. We are glad we did.

Silva Roofing stepped up to the plate and was quick, efficient, extremely accommodating and professional. I had a tarp on my roof for a long time as my ex-husband was trying to do the job himself. The roof leaked and caused much damage and Silva came to the rescue and completed the job rapidly and the crew was very nice. I would highly recommend them. They worked with me to give me exactly what I needed and made sure the work met code even though they didn't start the job. They fixed all the issues and my roof is perfect and gorgeous. Their estimate was fair and I incurred no additional fees. They kept me informed via texts and sent me tons of pictures of the progress and final. Super impressed with this local, family business. They even went out of their way to fit me into their schedule

Rafael and his team did an exceptional job for us. His responses were always very quick and he communicated with us every step of the way. We had our entire roof replaced and his team showed up ready to work. The whole job took a total of 3 days to complete, many other homes in my neighborhood are also getting new roofs and I see them take much longer. They made this a very easy process and I would recommend them highly! Very polite and professional!
