I recently had some water damage in my kitchen that led to the first floor being replaced. The team I had from Gold Star, that coordinated great with Progressive, were Dan, Travis, and Ryan and they were all over it. The other contractors they worked with were great too, and the job was finished quickly. The new floor looked great, and they banged it all out start to finish in about a week! Highly recommend these guys if the need should arise for you!

I had a truly wonderful experience with this company. From the very beginning, they proved to be trustworthy and reliable. Delaney was kind and helpful during the initial process, which immediately put me at ease. However, the true star of my experience was Mary Trotter. She went above and beyond in every possible way. We had a fire and water damage. It was extremely hard on everyone. Ryan O'Rourke, Project Manager, was assigned to our building. He was always making sure that things were always getting done and was very accommodating to everyone. We were very lucky to have him working with us on a daily basis. Having your home flooded and being put out for 11 months is a pretty traumatic experience, however meeting Arben, my project manager, made it all not so scary. Arben told me when we first met that his goal was to give me a beautiful home and he really lived up to that promise . He was there every step of the way, he listened to me, he was respectful and compassionate, he worked closely with my insurance company and kept me informed regularly throughout the process.
